Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). All users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are required to comply with these Terms.
Article 1 (Applicability) These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Service regarding its use. By using the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Nature of AI-Generated Content)
- All or part of the comics, novels, images, text, and other content featured on this Service (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) are generated using AI (Artificial Intelligence).
- The Service makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, or suitability for a particular purpose of the Content.
- The Content may include unnatural phrasing, factual errors, or inaccurate depictions. Users shall use the Service at their own risk and discretion.
Article 3 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)
- The copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Content and the Service belong to the Service operator or the respective legitimate rights holders.
- Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly transmit the Content without permission beyond the scope of private use permitted by copyright law.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities) In using the Service, Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
- Acts related to criminal activities.
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the servers or networks of the Service, other users, or third parties.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Automatic collection of Content through scraping, crawling, or other means.
- Unauthorized reprinting, secondary distribution, sale of Content, or unauthorized use of Content as training data for AI.
- Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users.
- Using the Service for any unauthorized or fraudulent purposes.
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Service operator.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service) The Service operator may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if any of the following reasons are deemed to exist:
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer system related to the Service.
- When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
- When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident.
- Any other cases where the Service operator deems it difficult to provide the Service.
Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)
- The Service operator does not warrant, either expressly or impliedly, that the Service is free from de facto or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
- The Service operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users arising from the Service. Any disputes or troubles between Users or between a User and a third party arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved at the User’s own responsibility and expense.
Article 7 (Changes to Service Content) The Service operator may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notice to Users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Service) The Service operator may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users if deemed necessary. If a User continues to use the Service after the Terms have been changed, the User is deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service operator.
Addendum These Terms shall be effective as of the date the Service is launched.
